About Us


getclosure! is an independent online complaints, compliments and consumer affairs portal.  Our primary service is to facilitate the effective resolution of genuine complaints
 

getclosure! sets up a discreet line of communication between consumers and suppliers to manage the complaint handling process.  This service is available at no cost to consumers.

How we assist consumers to get closure:

  • Deliver each consumer complaint to an appropriate person in the supplier organisation.
  • Follow up with the supplier to get a response to the complaint. 
  • Identify remedy providers willing to address unresolved complaints.
  • Provide information on consumer rights and remedies.

How getclosure! assists suppliers:

  • Create an opportunity to address customers' complaints without attracting negative publicity.
  • Maintain a complete record of the complaint correspondence.
  • Provide valuable management reports in a user-friendly format.
  • Collect and deliver customer complaints that have not been captured by the supplier’s own complaint handling process.

getclosure! was conceived, financed and developed by four entrepreneurs with wide experience in dispute avoidance and resolution, IT and investment banking.  The day-to-day operations of the business are managed by a small team of dedicated South Africans who are passionate about the service they deliver.  This team is led by Richard Wright (Sales and Operations), Funiwe Mtshazo (Consumer and Supplier Support), Emma Donovan (Content) and Brian Pitt (IT).
