Complaints received in this way are managed through a series of email prompts and reminders, designed to ensure that the consumer laying the complaint and the supplier receiving the complaint are aware of the complaint’s status at all times.
Both consumers and suppliers are equipped with a dashboard that allows them to monitor the progress of each complaint that they have laid or received.
