SERVICES PROVIDED	Members of the public can lodge written complaints against an estate agent or a claim against the Fidelity Fund. The Board may attempt to resolve the complaint through mediation. The Board may also bring a charge against the respondent if it thinks that the conduct is deserving of sanction. There is an online recommended complaints form to lodge a complaint against an estate agent. There is also an online affidavit for lodging a claim against the Fidelity Fund.
