Service levels in South African companies revealed.
When customers close a complaint on getclosure! we ask them to rate the complaint outcome and the service which they received. This feedback has enabled us to determine which suppliers are industry leaders in terms of using getclosure! to deliver good customer service. All statistics in this article are based on customer feedback over the past six months.

African Bank and
Sanlam who have the highest overall ratings on
getclosure! African Bank has acknowledged 94% of complaints submitted via
getclosure! within two days and take an average of seven days to resolve these complaints. The feedback relating to how African Bank and Sanlam dealt with the complaints is also really impressive: of the African Bank customers providing feedback, 33% were satisfied and 67% were delighted with the way their complaints were handled; Sanlam customers were split 50 – 50 between satisfied and delighted.
Congratulations to
Amazing Vouchers who has also received very positive feedback. They have responded to 100% of complaints within two days and also achieved 100% satisfaction ratings from their customers. 33% of these customers were elated with the outcome and 33% were delighted with the way their complaints were handled.
Cell C is yet another example of a supplier which has made good use of the
getclosure! service to resolve their its customers’ complaints. They have received some great feedback for their efforts, with 95% of customers satisfied or more with the complaint outcome and 83% satisfied with the way their complaints were handled. Another impressive statistic is that Cell C acknowledged 87% of complaints submitted via
getclosure! within two days.
According to our statistics,
Pick n Pay is the leading supermarket in terms of customer service at the moment with 100% customer satisfaction in terms of the complaint outcome and the way complaints were handled.
KFC has the top ratings in the fast food industry; however judging by the feedback they need to work on the way they handle complaints to stay at the head of the pack. In the retail and furniture industry the
Lewis Group has a great track record, particularly the average rating of the complaint outcome which is 3.3 out of a maximum of 4.
We are thrilled that these suppliers are all making active use of the
