In this newsletter, we take a look at some of the suppliers that were already on track in terms of customer service before the World Cup started, as prime examples of what other suppliers should strive towards.
Top rated suppliers
To date, more than 1 420 South African companies have used the getclosure complaints management service to respond to and resolve their customers’ complaints in a discreet environment.
Feedback from these consumers is used to generate our five star customer centricity ratings. The ratings incorporate three important measures: Did the company respond to the customer’s complaint promptly? Did the business treat the customer’s concerns with courtesy and respect? Is the customer left satisfied with the resolution reached?
The five top rated suppliers for the last six months are as follows:

Huggies has an impressive overall rating of four and a half stars, and has responded to every single complaint within 48 hours. We received the following feedback about Huggies from a happy customer earlier this week: “You guys are very professional and dealt with my complaint with such efficiency. Well done. Keep up the great service!” - Desire Malunga.
Blue Financial Services has scored four out of five stars; while Sanlam, HI-FI Corp and Pick n Pay have each received an overall rating of three and a half stars and a steady stream of compliments from their customers. Visit our compliments section to read this positive feedback.
These customer centricity ratings are a product of customer feedback. If you feel a supplier has dropped the ball in terms of customer service or the quality of their products recently, make sure that you let them know, either directly or via the getclosure complaints management service. Click here to submit your complaint now. On the flip side, if you have experienced great service, let them know that they are on the right track by adding a compliment to our database.
