POWERS | A member could be expelled or suspended. However, the NAA will also find out what the unsatified customer considers to be a reasonable outcome, so that the NAA can decide on the best course of action. According to the NAA, this leads to high standards, an informed industry, credibility at government level and consumer/member satisfaction. |
CONSUMER’S RECOURSE | Consumers can approach the Star Grading Council or the tourism provincial authority, or the NAA who will assist in directing them to the relevant organisation. |
