Terms & Conditions Applicable to Suppliers and Subscribers

Terms & Conditions applicable to Suppliers
The following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to the use of getclosure!’s complaint management service to receive and deal with complaints (“the Service”) by persons or organisations that supply goods or services in South Africa to customers and are not subscribers to the Service (“Suppliers”). These T&C are in addition to the Terms of Use which are applicable to all users of the getclosure! website.

Acceptance of the T&Cs
Your use of the Service indicates your acceptance of these T&Cs and the Terms of Use and your agreement to follow and be bound by them. Do not use the Service if you do not agree to be bound by these T&C and the Terms of Use. We reserve the right to change these T&Cs and the Terms of Use from time to time and changes take effect as soon as they are published on the getclosure! website. Your continued use of the Service confirms your acceptance of any changed terms.

Inappropriate Complaints Procedure
You acknowledge that we are required to act in accordance with our Inappropriate Complaints Procedure as published periodically and undertake to indemnify getclosure! against any claims whatsoever that may arise as a consequence of the use or threatened use of that procedure by you or the implementation of the procedure by us. You also acknowledge that this Inappropriate Complaints Procedure shall be the only remedy available to you in relation to the matters described in the Summary of that Procedure, as published on the getclosure website from time to time, and you agree to waive all other remedies that may otherwise have been available to you in relation to such matters. Indemnity Against Claims
You agree to indemnify us against any claim that may be brought against getclosure! arising from, as a result of or in connection with your use of the Service or any conduct by you in breach of these T&Cs or the Terms of Use.

Termination
We reserve the right to withhold the Service and/or to terminate your use of the Service with immediate effect if you fail to comply with these T&Cs or the Terms of Use.

The following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to the use of getclosure!’s complaint management service to receive and deal with complaints (“the Service”) by Subscribers. ("Subscribers" are persons or organisations that supply goods or services in South Africa to customers and subscribe to the Service). These T&C are in addition to the Terms of Use which are applicable to all users of the getclosure! website.

Acceptance of the T&Cs
Your use of the Service indicates your acceptance of these T&Cs and the Terms of Use and your agreement to follow and be bound by them. Do not use the Service if you do not agree to be bound by these T&C and the Terms of Use. We reserve the right to change these T&Cs and the Terms of Use from time to time and changes take effect as soon as they are published on the getclosure! website. Your continued use of the Service confirms your acceptance of any changed terms.

Subscriber commitments to service
You give the following commitments:

  • To acknowledge each complaint forwarded by getclosure! within two working days
  • To respond to each complaint forwarded by getclosure! within four working days
  • To treat seriously each complaint forwarded by getclosure! 
  • To make a constructive attempt to resolve each complaint forwarded by getclosure! as quickly as possible without the intervention of a third party and at no cost to your customer.

Payment
All payments must be settled within seven days of receipt of invoice. If payment is not received by us within seven days, we reserve the right to discontinue the Service without further notice.  Interest at 1% per month, compounded monthly, will be payable on all amounts  outstanding for more than 30 days after receipt of invoice and any costs incurred by getclosure! in the recovery of amounts will be payable by you.
