What getclosure Does Not Do
getclosure does not:
- Itself resolve consumer complaints or gripes. getclosure's role is to facilitate the resolution of genuine complaints by providing an efficient online platform to manage the complaints handling process.
- Publish the details of complaints that it manages. getclosure provides a discreet service which gives suppliers the opportunity to address their customers’ complaints without negative publicity.
- Dictate how any particular complaint should be resolved.
- Refer unresolved complaints to third parties. getclosure does, however, assist consumers to identify organisations that may assist in addressing unresolved complaints.
- Encourage litigation.
- Tolerate the use of its service to pursue frivolous, vexatious or otherwise inappropriate complaints.
