By way of introduction, I’m one of the “boring old farts” behind the idea of getclosure! Actually, I’m the oldest of them. Fortunately the team that actually delivers our service is a lot younger – in fact, their average age is just 23!

I’m really proud of the exceptional service that our young team delivers. In the six or so months that we operated as a “Beta site”, 83% of the consumers who provided formal feedback after using the service gave us a positive assessment and more than 55% give us a rating of “excellent”. And in the three months since we started offering a full commercial service, our ratings have been even better: more than 90% have given us a positive assessment and 64% have given us an “excellent” rating. Perhaps best of all, more than 80% say they will be recommending us to others. Hats off to the team!

And how about this for another example of exceptional service! Mid-last week, my wife booked a table for a performance on Friday evening in the charming courtyard at the Olive Station in Muizenberg. On Friday afternoon, she received an SMS from the Olive Station warning us to come warmly dressed because the weather had turned and it would be cold that evening. Wow! I’d love to hear from you if you can top that for service!
