We’re thrilled to be getting such positive feedback about the responses which customers are receiving from suppliers which have used the getclosure! service. Robert F lodged a complaint with getclosure! against First National Bank and send us the following feedback when the complaint was closed: “Thank you very much for your great help on Monday…everything has been sorted. We’re very pleased with the excellent service of FNB!!!” Robert’s responses to both “How satisfied are you with the way in which the supplier dealt with your complaint?” and “feedback on the complaint outcome” were “Elated” which demonstrates what an effort FNB are making to provide top quality customer service. In closing Robert F said he is “A veeery happy customer!!”.

I think it is great that you promote compliments too. That is so important. We complain so easily and companies need to know when they do good work.

Thanks for your feedback Paul, I think you have made a really valid point which is often overlooked. Not only do companies need to know where they have gone wrong, but also when they are on the right track so that they can continue to make their customers happy. One of our main aims is to change the attitute of both suppliers and consumers to enhance service delivery in South Africa. Have a look at the post which Richard has uploaded today (From the Team) about responsible complaining, which is another important aspect of customer relations.
