It’s great to see that young people are starting to take note of what good customer service is. In the past people would just make a decision not to go back to that particular store where bad service was given to them, instead of demanding to be treated like they should as a valued customer.
Lodging a complaint is not about getting the item for free or it being replaced with a different one, it is about getting what has been promised to you by the company. If they want to keep the customers they have and gain even more business, all they need to do is keep to their promises.
My belief is that offering good customer service is beyond just doing your job or what is expected of you; you need to enjoy your job and ensure that the customers will want to come back the next time.
At getclosure!, we are working hard towards improving service by giving consumers a platform to lodge their complaints and helping them to get what they have been promised.
Funiwe deals with consumer queries and makes sure that complaints are delivered to the correct person in the supplier organisation. She monitors feedback to ensure that the getclosure! service is constantly updated and improved to meet your needs. Click here to read more about Funiwe.
