A few words from the technical department…
We are pleased to announce that we have deployed yet another update to the getclosure! website. Being a new site, we are continuously enhancing and improving the visual appeal and functionality of the site with the goal of providing the most user friendly and effective online portal for complaint resolution.

Most of the time the updates to the site are subtle enhancements that are not immediately obvious to our users, but last week we deployed something we are very proud of. With effect from Friday 30 May it has been possible to not only lodge complaints, but now you can also submit compliments acknowledging great service that you receive.

We have always taken the view that the best way to promote good service is through positive communication between consumers and suppliers and we are confident that showing compliments on our site will encourage even greater enthusiasm from suppliers to respond positively to their customers’ complaints.

If you have experienced great service recently please click here to submit a compliment in our “GREAT SERVICE?” section. All compliments do get checked by our editor before being published so your compliments won’t appear immediately, but should be live on the site within 1 working day of being submitted.
