You know it’s going to be a long day when your plumber says “Are you insured?” first thing in the morning. Thanks to Absa’s rapid response, I’m not risking one cold shower after a catastrophic geyser pop drenching my landing and even some of my cupboards.

The Absa plumber arrived an hour after notifying Absa insurance about my claim and the geyser has been replaced on the same day. I’ve even received a phone call from a carpet service place enquiring about the condition of my carpets and ready to send someone out to assess the damage!
