Customer feedback indicates that MWEB is making a concerted effort to handle and resolve complaints submitted via getclosure! Jim Bekker’s response after his complaint was resolved recently is a perfect example: “…Finally I want to thank Melinda Sauls for the professional way she handled a very irritated customer (ME) and drove the matter to solution”.
According to our reports from the past six months, MWEB has responded to every single complaint submitted via getclosure! and take an average of 9.7 days to resolve each complaint. Out of a maximum rating of 4, the average satisfaction with the way complaints were handled is 2.5 and the average satisfaction with the complaint outcome is 3.
