Thanks to all the feedback we got from our “Rate Our Website” competition, we have been able to make some enhancements to our site and system with a specific focus on user benefits.

There are a lot of exciting additional features due to be launched with our next major update which will happen in about two weeks time, but we have been able to respond immediately to a number of small items that users say will have a big impact.

Our most exciting update is the addition of the live help facility. If you look at the top of the body of our home page, and the top of the left navigation on all other pages, you will see a “Live Help” icon. This icon indicates when our operators are online, and while they are available (during office hours) you can click on the icon to ask questions or advice. Users are using this extensively and the feedback so far seems very positive.

Some other updates are:

  1. Bigger, easier to read text throughout the site – the font size across the site has been increased by two points which should make it easier to read.
  2. Clearer distinction between normal text and text links – text links used to be a very similar colour to the rest of the text on the site and didn’t change when you placed your mouse over them. They are now a brighter red and are underlined when rolled over.

We trust that these updates are helping people make the most of our service. If anyone wants to send us more suggestions please click here.
