100% of OK Furniture’s customers are satisfied with their complaint outcome according to getclosure! customer feedback from January 2008 – June 2008. What an achievement! The average customer rating of the complaint outcome is 2.8 out of a maximum of 4. Another way to measure customer satisfaction is to rate the level of satisfaction with the way that complaints are handled by a supplier. 80% of customers are happy with the way OK Furniture handled their complaints, with an average rating of 2.4 out of 4.
