What is your position at getclosure!
Customer Support
What does your average work day entail?
Calling companies to try and find an appropriate person to deal with consumer complaints and assisting consumers over the telephone, via email and on the live chat.
What do you consider to be the getclosure!’s greatest achievement to date?
Getting some major companies to subscribe to a totally new service.
What are the 5 things that you enjoy most about getclosure!?
- Learning new things everyday
- Helping consumers direct their complaints to the right people
- Receiving an email from a satisfied consumer
- Not being restricted to my job description, I have been given the opportunity to venture into other areas within getclosure!

On a more personal note:
- When I was growing up… I wanted to be a doctor
- My favourite place in the world is… I haven’t been presented with the opportunity to travel but Italy will the first place I visit when that chance comes
- I always smile when… I’m around people I care for
- If there is an extra hour in my day… I catch up on some sleep!
- I am inspired by… people who have very little and still walk around with a smile
- My mind works best when… there is complete silence
- The highlight of my working life was… being given the opportunity to be part of a new company and just being exposed to what it takes to build it and make it a successful business
- My greatest achievement… waking up and facing each day as it comes and being able to tackle each challenge with a positive attitude
- My motto in life is… you just can not give up before you have even tried it
