Nando’s has acknowledged 100% of complaints submitted via getclosure! and take an average of 1.3 days to provide an initial response. The compliment which Rebecca Naidoo’s submitted about Nando’s is a perfect example of their attitude to constantly improve levels of customer service. Having received bad service at Nando’s Rebecca went back a year later,
