Since my last blog post on 21 July 2008 getclosure! has recorded the two busiest months since the site went live about a year ago. Fortunately most people think our website is doing a pretty good job, but we are regularly made aware of little changes that would make the site even more informative and user friendly.
A few months ago we were getting a lot of requests for a facility that would allow consumers to post compliments rather than only being able to post complaints. We immediately put together a compliments section on the website and have already received 120 compliments.
As you can imagine it is not only the consumers who want to be able to submit their compliments, but the suppliers want to receive those compliments and see them published on our site.
Because this is such a popular area we have decided to add a few new features so from the end of September whenever a consumer submits a compliment, we will not only publish the compliment, but we will notify the supplier of your compliment and the supplier will be able to post a response. The supplier responses will also be published on the getclosure! website so if you want to see who is giving the best service you might want to visit the compliments archive from time to time.
