		<description>QVC definitely don't seem to play nicely! This is why it is so important to try and get these things in writing and let the consumer have a copy so that the consumer feels that they can trust the supplier and have proof should things go missing.</description>

		<description>The same happended to me. Only I was a fool to buy this. I was promised on a tape recording that if I am not happy with the package that QVC will buy it back from me. Guess what? The tape is missing!!! This is the most legal way to con peolpe out of their money.</description>

		<description>Timeshare companies are notorious for these competition scams. But the way in which QVC handled the situation, by suing Donn for blogging about his bad experience, was bad online reputation management on their part. 

Businesses need to realise they can't control what is being said about them, and they have to proactively start managing complaints and minimising brand and reputation damage by becoming part of the conversation around their brands.</description>

		<description>Timeshare companies have been doing this for YYYEEAARRRSSSSSSSS !!! At least twenty. I thought it was common knowledge that being asked to pick up a prize for a competition you never entered was an invitation to a Timeshare marketing trip.!?!</description>
