The recent Orange Index results showed that Kulula.com came out at the top of the airline industry for excellent customer service. Marketing manager for Kulula.com, Nadine Damen, said their focus is on the overall “travel experience” and making sure that flying is easy, accessible but – most importantly – a fun experience.
