Wow, it’s already 2009! Happy New Year to you all. We hope you managed to get some rest and recharge over the festive season.

For those of you that travelled, we hope you experienced superb service at your holiday destination. If you have any positive service experiences that you would like to share please feel free to use getclosure! to post a compliment.

On the flip side of the coin, the festive season often presents a challenge to retailers and inevitably service breakdowns occur during this period. If you were one of the unfortunate consumers that experienced a service breakdown and would like to formally submit your complaint then you are welcome to use getclosure! to do so. Over the last couple of months we have been listening to our users’ suggestions, and just before Christmas we implemented various updates to the website. From a consumer’s perspective, the most notable change is that upon submitting a complaint you will be immediately informed whether you can expect a response to your complaint.  If getclosure! has previously delivered complaints to the company you are complaining about we will present to you the complaint-handling performance of that specific company.

We trust this change will manage consumer expectations and by doing so will reduce consumer frustration in the event of a supplier not responding to a complaint.
