Being able to anticipate your customer’s needs and providing for them before being asked to do so is a sure-fire way to impress your customers and retain them in the long run.

Denise and her husband recently visited Wimpy and were impressed with the manner in which their waiter attended to them.

“My husband and I went to Wimpy Strubensvalley for breakfast on Sunday. A waiter by the name of Noleen assisted us. We ordered coffee. The first thing she asked is if she can bring artificial sugar for anyone. Never had we been anywhere, where they asked what our preference of sugar is, as my husband is diabetic. Her whole attitude and manner was fantastic. Hats off to Wimpy for training their staff to give such fine service. I will be back.”

Well done, Wimpy. If you would like to compliment the great customer service you have recently experienced, please click here.
