There is often an element of stress associated with flying, especially when you’ve cut things a bit fine and are counting on the airline being on time in order to make it to that crucial meeting or special occasion. Basically Flight Centre will cover the cost of an alternative supplier for the leg of the journey affected by the airline failure.
