My car broke down on the Pietersburg Highway with a car full of kids on the way back from the KNP. My wife recommended I phone Outsurance because she heard that they provide a free tow-in service. This I did and I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from Jacques, I think it was. He quickly contacted the nearest tow-in service (D&S Towing) and phoned me every 10 minutes to ask if they had arrived (this was on a Sunday Night so I didn’t expect great service). They arrived within the hour, put the car onto a flat bed trailer and delivered me to my house in Weltevreden Park – for free!
