getclosure director Patrick Deale will be giving a presentation about the Consumer Protection Act at the LPGSASA conference this year. His presentation will focus on the topic “Value for money: What does the consumer expect?” He will discuss the new rules regarding who is liable for harm caused by a faulty product as well as what the suppliers’ obligations are if a product is faulty.

There will be a number of other influential speakers, a panel discussion and a debate about the future of LP Gas in South Africa.
