“I’ve always been a fan of Caroline’s Fine Wine, particularly when I am looking for gifts for clients and friends. You can pop in, explain to Caroline what you are looking for and what your budget is, and know you are going to walk out with a brilliant selection of wine. Yesterday though I got even more amazing service than usual. When I discovered my wallet was at home, without even batting an eyelid Caroline suggested I give her a call with my credit card details later on. Thanks a mill – I had 2 very happy clients later that afternoon! (PS I hope you suddenly don’t get an influx of customers “forgetting” their wallets after this!)
