Vodacom, MTN and Cell C have all agreed to reduce their mobile terminating rates by 36 cents, from R1,25 to 89 cents.
This agreement came about as a result of Communications Minister Siphiwe Nyanda’s personal intervention after negotiations led by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) broke down. Click here to read the full article.
