So when we visit a fast food outlet, we expect good quality food with exceptional customer service, and this is exactly what Madelein experienced recently when she visited the Meyersdal branch of Steers.
About two months ago, Madelein and her husband alerted the manager to the fact that they had been disappointed with their Steers burgers. They went back last week and were blown away by the service and quality of the food:
“Phillip, the Manager, recognised my husband and he said that he wanted to personally make our burgers for us. He made the burgers and I must say that it was the freshest, nicest, juiciest burgers that we have ever had at Steers. And to top it off, he didn’t want us to pay for the burgers. What a bonus. Thank you very much!!!!!” – Madelein
