It is just so fantastic to hear stories about great staff doing great work when serving their customers. This week the getclosure compliment goes to Telkom and their staff member Masogo for offering amazing service.

A HUGE compliment to Masogo Buffel at Telkom’s Customer Care division!
After trying to get assistance to change my Telkom line to Prepaid for a few days and only getting “sorry, the system is down” answers, I decided to phone back straight after my last attempt and leave my details so that I can be contacted when the system is “one day” up and running.
What a GREAT surprise not only hearing a friendly and professional voice on the other side… but also someone that was able to assist me!
Masogo explained the procedure to me in understandable terms, made sure I understood, checked my details, logged the changes, double-checked that I understood, gave me options of subscription and also told me that the process could take up to 24 hours.
It is amazing how one efficient person can change your whole view of a company within minutes!
