I just have to compliment Telkom on their service. I have had to contact them on 3 occasions over the past few months, first a problem with my ADSL line, then phone line, and finally to switch to faster ADSL – every time the service was excellent; somebody at the call centre actually answered every time (which is more than one can say for most other call centres these days), everyone I spoke to was extremely polite & efficient and whatever problem or query I had was resolved quickly.
