Icasa announces 27% cut in interconnection rates
After months of delays and deliberations, Icasa unveiled its draft regulations regarding the cut in interconnection rates today. It proposes to decrease cell phone interconnection rates by 27% in July 2010, from 89c per minute to 65c.
