Great service indeed, when company employees go the extra mile and more to assist a customer in need. Belinda received impressive service from the Cobble Walk branch of Clicks and shared the following with getclosure:

“My daughter was having a pamper party on Saturday and needed some goodies for the party packs. I went to Granendal and bought their entire stock of Princess lip balms which I thought would be enough but then got more kids than expected so found myself 2 lip balms short. I went to the Cobble Walk branch who did not have any stock but phoned around and found Cape Gate still had stock. As I dont really drive this was a bit of a problem but then Elizene Harmse informed me she would collect it for me on the way home from work and would contact me in the morning when she got to work. She did all this and saved the day. She was amazing and really went far beyond the call of duty. I want to say thank you for the most amazing service, I have been telling the world.
