It is always great to hear about companies that use their customers’ suggestions and complaints to better their standard of customer service. KFC seems to have done just that, and lived up to their promise of satisfying their customers. Vernon Moulton had this to share:
“I lodged a complaint about KFC Malibongwe Drive-thru about a month ago. I vowed never to set my foot there again but my love for the ‘bird’ got the better of me and Malibongwe being closest to me I went there again. What a pleasant surprise. The service was so fast and efficient that I was wondering if I was at the same place as a month ago. I obviously did all KFC customers a favour by complaining because it’s now a pleasure going there. Well done KFC Malibongwe Drive. A bit of healthy complaining goes a long way!!”
