As consumers we are often quick to criticise and complain when we receive bad service or products from a particular company; but how often do you actually take the time to compliment a company when you receive good service?

With the launch of this year’s 702 Small Business Awards competition with Softline Pastel, you can now share your experiences of great customer service. The competition is simple; complete an online nomination form for the small business that you believe does great work when servicing their customers.
