Crooks and suckers are born every minute – and despite warnings to properly check out property deals, holiday clubs and time share offers, more sad stories keep flooding our mailboxes. This time, the brokerage is called Capeshare and director Keenan Nagel allegedly sold peak season weeks at top resorts that weren’t even available.
