After her first two weeks, Julia has certainly made her mark with her bubbly personality and desire to tackle new tasks and get stuck in. We’re looking forward to getting to know her better and working with her going forward.
What is your role at getclosure?
I’m working predominantly in social media, but adding value wherever I can.
What do you enjoy most about your position so far?
It’s an awesome environment with a great team of people who I learn from everyday. I also enjoy gaining a new perspective on consumers and their unique behaviours. It fascinates me.
What did you do before joining the getclosure team?
I completed my BCom Marketing Management Degree and graduated in October this year. Over the last year I worked for a company called Maret Graphic Supplies.
What constitutes good customer service in your opinion?
Being accommodating, approachable and rendering service with a smile 
Where have you experienced great customer service recently?
Ocean Basket Glengarry has consistent above average service. Being a fan of seafood, I love going there and have never been disappointed.
What is your favourite brand and why?
I am not terribly hung up on brands but Clarins is definitely my favourite cosmetic brand. I take good care of my skin.
What brands do you interact with on social media platforms?
I have recently been interacting with brands such as Multichoice, the cell phone networks, KFC, Nando’s and would like to expand my brand knowledge.
What is your favourite social media platform and why?
I enjoy Facebook because it is extremely popular and is a great tool for analysing behaviour. It gives one good exposure and also keeps me up to date with the social scene.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I have a big group of friends who I socialise with regularly. I also enjoy time with my family. In my alone time I like to be creative and paint. Art is a big passion of mine. Retail therapy is also great when I have the chance.
