Consumer Protection Act deferred to April 2011

The long awaited Consumer Protection Act was due to come in to effect later this month. However on 28 September 2010, the Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr Rob Davies, deferred the general implementation date of the Act for another six months, to 1 April 2011.
