		<description>Been with screamer for 5 days now, every day we have had a problem and when we call the support line we wait hours to get through.
Now I sit here with no international connection but luckily I still have bandwidth left on an Axxess top up account to try do some kind of work here.
Not impressed at all with Screamers service and the tech support guys have no idea what they are doing, they put the phone down on the desk while they go over and ask someone else the questions I have just asked them, I can hear them doing this, how unprofessional could you get?

If I buy an expensive watch today, but tomorrow have 'buyer's remorse' and wish to return it for a full refund, is this permissable? 

The watch will not have been worn, still be in it's packaging etc etc i.e. returned exactly as it was when it left the shop.

		<description>Great Work guys!! Big companies are busy ripping as off and because we cannot affort legal advice they take advantage.

Here is my story which i would like you to take up.

In November 2009 i took my car for service to Ford Fury Sandton and explained what was wrong - gear box had packed.  Obviously they didn't listen and fixed something else.  Following day after collecting it - it packed up again. This time on my way to work and had to leave it at an Auto shop place and phoned Mazda to collect. They were hesitant and finally collected.  Long story short i got the car back last week only 3 months later and told them that the car had returned and the hooter was not working.  They refused to acknowledge that it was their problem and that i would be quoted for that and charged.  I explained that the car when it went in for the gear box didn't have that problem as i would have mentioned it.  they were quick to blame the Auto Shop which had the car before they took it saying it could have been them that messed up.  So who should i ask to take ownership of this problem?</description>
