Do we have the return goods if they could not be fitted in store i.e. I bought a horse bit to be fitted in the horses mouth which did not fit. The shop refused a credit note or any form of return of the product. Is this correct?

Can you please look into the matter. I divorced my husband in the Higher Court in October 2010 and since then our file got lost between the Higher Magistrates Court and the Provincal Court (Mafekeng) So we spend one hell of a lot of money (over R300 000) to get divorced, and now the file has got lost and everybody just look the other way. It seems to me that now that everyone is paid, nobody can help you to look into the matter finding the file. That now means that I can not register my house into my name and I can not sell my Townhouse cause it is not register into my name as the Conveancy Attorneys need the divorce paper. As I aunderstand there are a few others as well. Some of them wants to get married and can not proceed. It is so complicated I dont even know where to start.
